Participation is FREE and you will be recognised by having your name inscribed on the "Wall of Participation" on the event day. Your name will be listed on the official ONE HEART MASS CPR RECORD website on www.masscpr.org for 2011. You will receive a goody bag and an inflatable CPR manikin worthS$25. Criteria for participation: No CPR experience needed - first time learners are welcomed! Performing CPR will require some extent of physical exertion. Therefore, this event may not be suitable for: Ladies in late stage of pregnancy Those with medical conditions are advised to check with your physicians first before participating Those with back, arm or knee injuries that will hinder you from kneeling, bending low and performing chest compressions.
